Fitness Suites & Fitness Testing Labs

The College has fully equipped fitness suites in Armagh, Lurgan and Newry campuses, which include cardiovascular and resistance machines - tremendous assets to both sports students and staff.

The provision of a Fitness Testing Laboratory in Newry and Armagh has ensured that the College takes the lead in sports science across the further and higher education sector. This facility enhances the excellent teaching resources for sport already available at the College and plays an integral part in providing appropriate methods of fitness assessments for various sporting organisations in the area.
