This course will provide you with the knowledge and hands-on experience to create Italian dishes. Master the art of making your own fresh pasta, sauces to accompany and pizza from scratch. Each week you will be given a list of ingredients to bring to the class the following week. The additional ingredients cost is to cover the demonstrations throughout the classes.
