Overview
This course will provide you with the knowledge and hands on experience creating Italian dishes. Master the art of making your own fresh pasta, sauces to accompany this and pizza from scratch. Each week you will be given a list of ingredients to bring to the class the following week. The additional ingredients cost is to cover the demonstrations throughout the classes.
Typical dishes you may make will include:
- Pasta – from lasagne sheets to tagliatelle.
- Ravioli.
- Cannelloni.
- Risottos.
- Sauces and accompaniments.
- Pizza dough & toppings.
- Calzone.
- Focaccia.
- Bruschetta.
- Tiramisu.
